About this event

In this interactive session we will share and discuss the different journeys an individual may take and the stages of transition they can encounter as they navigate change, through the lens of well-being and mental health.

Taking a coach approach through an appreciative lens this session will help you to:

  • Recognize, understand and manage your own reactions to change
  • Identify opportunities for training and development
  • Define activities to reinforce and sustain the change
  • Learn steps you can take to foster and maintain good mental health and resilience during change
