Financial Operations - Front Desk Operating Hours

Please note that, due to the impact of COVID-19, UBC’s Financial Operations team has a reduced number of staff working on-site, and has and decreased front counter operating hours at our TEF3 location (6190 Agronomy Road).

Current hours of operation are 8:30 am to 11:00 am, Monday to Friday. If possible, call the front counter at 604-822-2187 prior to your visit to arrange a time.
              
Availability of front counter operations will be assessed on an ongoing basis. Please check the Announcements section of the UBC Finance website for the most up-to-date information.

Visitors are encouraged to only come to the physical office if absolutely necessary. Those bringing materials to or collecting materials from Financial Operations are asked to use the building intercom to speak with our front counter, to help our staff prepare for meeting their needs.
