BC Brain Wellness Program 

To reflect on the past six years and highlight some of the diverse experiences of our participants, we would like to ask you to take a few minutes to submit six words that you associate with your own experience with the program, what it means to you, or what impact it has had on your life.

When you submit the survey, you will have the option to enter your name into a raffle! Via random draw, one lucky winner will receive two tickets to the Vancouver Art Gallery.

The BC Brain Wellness Program is an entirely donor funded program. Our ability to continue offering free classes and events depends on support from donors. Every gift—large or small—helps sustain and grow the ongoing development and mission of our program.
