BC Brain Wellness Program

August 04, 2026
Registration Changes
Virtual classes are on a break during August and will resume on Monday, September 14th.

Registration for the fall term will open on August 17th for exercise classes and August 18th for creative classes, both at noon.

Class registration will be shifting from Omnify to the "Jane" platform next term. With this transition, there are a few key changes to our registration system. Please check out our Get Started page for a helpful step-by-step breakdown to prepare you for the steps needed before registration opens. All participants will need to create a Jane account and complete an intake appointment before class starts, unless you have previously done so.

Our FAQ page and the video links below can answer many questions about how to register. If you would like more assistance, you can reach out to our team via email at brain.wellness@ubc.ca or via phone at 604-827-4386

If there is no room in a class you are interested in attending, please sign up on the waitlist. This helps us to evaluate the demand for our classes.

Ask the Expert
Wednesday, August 5, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM (online)

During this event series, participants are encouraged to come with their own questions and engage directly with our team’s experts. Our August session will feature kinesiologist Matt Kore.

These sessions are designed to be participant-driven, meaning you can ask questions in the chat or speak directly over the Zoom call. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where everyone can hear others' experiences and learn through shared discussion.
