Apply to the Students as Partners fund

From February 1–24, you’ll be able to submit a proposal for up to $7,100 per project to further student-faculty partnerships in course redesign.

UBC’s new one-year retention policy for video recordings in Zoom and Microsoft Teams

Starting October 2023, UBC will begin removing video recordings from Zoom and Microsoft Teams automatically, one year after each video is recorded. If you want to keep your video recordings, you will need to move your content to either Kaltura, UBC’s enterprise video storage solution, or to Microsoft OneDrive.
