Kudos to the Building Operations Trades team for replacing the AHU coils at the Biological Sciences Building over the weekend!
The coils were damaged over the Christmas break, but our Steamfitter team was able to quickly repair one side of the system as a stop-gap measure until the replacement parts arrived on Campus last week. Excellent work!

Workplace Strategies for Mental Health: Self-doubt and Imposter Syndrome
Many of us have experienced feeling like we aren't as competent or intelligent as people think we are. Imposter syndrome can be connected to perfectionism when we feel we must know everything to be credited with knowing something.
For some, this feeling of being an imposter can be persistent, despite our skills and accomplishments. It can also prevent us from trying new things, and impact our self-esteem, personal and professional relationships, as well as put our mental health at risk.
The antidote to imposter syndrome is self-acceptance. When we can authentically and objectively acknowledge both our strengths and weaknesses, we no longer feel the need to appear perfect.
Lean more about what imposter syndrome is, what triggers it, and how you can take action to address your self-doubt on the Workpalce Strategies for Mental Health website.
