Fall Program Registration is Now Open!  


Registration for our fall programs is now open! You can see a list of every class we have to offer by clicking on the button below to visit our website. Simply click on the class that interests you to see which days/times it’s being offered and then click the “Register” button. Please note that if you are signing up for all classes in one program to select “Book recurring class” and change the default option to 13 weeks.
 
All classes are offered free of charge. There are capacity limits for each class, so register as soon as you can! Remember that if you wish to sign up for multiple classes, you will have to register for each individual class. To make the process faster, make sure to sign up for an account at the end of the class registration process. You may sign into your account at any time to view and/or cancel classes that you have signed up for.

Wellness Wednesday: September 8 at Noon!  



Join us for our first Wellness Wednesday of the fall season to plan and look ahead at the year! Led by new team member Amanda Cammalleri and long-time team member Elaine Book, we will be exploring ways to incorporate mindfulness and goal setting into your life for self care & brain wellness, and providing you with an overview of the new and exciting upcoming events and programs the BC Brain Wellness Program has to offer.
