BC Brain Wellness Program

October 1, 2024

Upcoming Events

We are thrilled to invite you to celebrate the BC Brain Wellness Program’s 5th Anniversary - Impact and Inspiration!

Since its inception in October 2019, the BC Brain Wellness Program has provided lifestyle programming and presentations at no cost to individuals with chronic brain conditions, their care partners, and healthy agers. Join us for a day of reflection, celebration, and inspiration as we honour the past and embrace new possibilities to make even bigger impacts here at the BC Brain Wellness Program.

It will be a half-day hybrid event, featuring a keynote presentation by Dr. Dean Ornish, interactive workshops, a creative gallery, booths, door prizes, and a reception-style networking session. We hope you will join us on Saturday, October 19th.

Join the BC Brain Wellness Program and our community partner, Music on Main, at this in-person workshop. This participatory intergenerational event draws upon our collective voices coming together in a single space. Through breath and song, we will playfully explore a variety of vocal expressions. When we create vocal music together, we learn to listen and express our voices with care for ourselves and one another.
