Mindful Nature Walk: Savouring the Five Senses
Wednesday, July 15, 10:00-11:00 AM (in-person)

Come meander through UBC Farm to sink in and savour the five senses. We will practice resting our attention on the sight of the sky, the sound of the breeze in the trees, the scent of the flowers, the touch of the petals, and the taste of berries we find along the way as well as tea brewed from ingredients from the farm. Leave feeling both refreshed in the moment and equipped with new skills to help you savour the wonder of nature into the future.

Details:

  • Location: UBC Farm (3461 Ross Drive, Vancouver BC V6T 1Z4)
  • We will meet at the main gates by the parking lot and begin our tour promptly at 10 AM.

During this event series, participants are encouraged to come with their own questions and engage directly with our team’s experts. Our July session will feature physiotherapist Hannah Peters.

These sessions are designed to be participant-driven, meaning you can ask questions in the chat or speak directly over the Zoom call. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where everyone can hear others' experiences and learn through shared discussion.
