Program Highlights

Summer Pilot Classes
Registration is now open for Condensed Classes, which will be held online on July 25, 28 and August 1. Classes offered are Strength and Balance, High Intensity Interval Training, and Functional Strength and Balance.

Registration for the Paired Classes will be available on July 31 and they will be held online on August 8, 11 and 15.

BCBWP Videos
Maintain your fitness levels, stay creative or catch up on brain wellness education this summer. BCBWP is available to you anytime through our video library of classes. Here are a few suggestions to keep you motivated and empowered and ready for the fall.
Higher Intensity Chair Exercise (Level 1-3):
Mainly seated exercise with option to stand. The focus is on building strength, improving cardiovascular health, coordinating limb movements, and incorporating some dual tasking activities.

Lower Intensity Interval Training (Level 2-3):
Moderate to low intensity functional full-body movements including aerobic, balance, strength, and agility exercises, with no floor work involved.

Yoga Foundations (Level 3-4):
This class follows an alignment-based hatha yoga approach, emphasizing posture to promote a healthy body, a peaceful mind, and an open heart. You will props and must be able to get on and off the floor with ease.

Musical Movements:
Connect with music through voice, body, and mind. Experience uplifting songs that bring hope and foster connection through melody and movement.

Creative Collective: Featured Creator of the Month - Lise

From day one, Lise grew up in a very arts-and-science-loving household. Her father is a professional artist with his own website and art studio. Lise believes that the arts and sciences complement each other, so it is essential to develop skills in both – she is interested in medical illustration to bridge these complementary passions.
