These circuit-based classes are designed for individuals living with a neurological condition, as the exercises are adaptable and can be modified to best suit each participant’s ability. Amazing Work From Our Crafters for a Cause Group!
Our BC Brain Wellness Crafters for a Cause group recently collaborated with Seniors Services Society in New Westminster by donating handcrafted items for seniors who are in temporary housing or newly settling into permanent housing. Fifteen of our crafters created blankets, cards of inspiration, plant holders, hats/scarves, carry bags, dishcloths and more! LIFT Intergenerational Festival

LIFT Festival 2025 is Inverso’s first intergenerational dance festival: 3 days of dance performances, workshops, discussions, and time to connect across ages through movement. This event is based on a belief in dance as means to connect beyond words towards a greater depth of understanding across age groups. The intention of this Festival is to highlight the diversity of our collective lived experience, to inspire a fresh view on aging in society and include representation of older adults in professional performance. |

EQUIT Stroke Study
The EQUIT Stroke Study (Towards Equitable Stroke Care for Young Women Stroke Survivors). The study is now entering its final phase.
