Congratulations to 11 new and returning projects in the Faculty of Arts for receiving a total of $309,970 for this round of small and large Teaching and Learning Enhancement Fund (TLEF) projects.

Ensure our computer labs have the software you need for your upcoming courses

To keep our computer labs up-to-date and beneficial to your teaching and learning needs, we update the software on our computers every June and July for the upcoming September term. If you are requiring any specific software for the computer labs for your fall 2023 courses, please notify your department admin before May.

Submit a letter of intent to create a non-degree continuous learning program

You can now submit a letter of intent for the Continuous Learning Advancement Fund (CLAF). CLAF accepts proposals for non-credit offerings, such as fully online micro-credential non-credit programs for continuous learners who seek a change or advance their careers in high-demand sectors.

Collecting personally identifiable information on websites

If you use the forms feature within UBC CMS and Arts CMS (Gravity Forms), we advise you not to collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on these public-facing websites. Instead, use the UBC-approved and FIPPA-compliant tool, Qualtrics. If payment in your form is required, you can use forms on Arts Internal Resources (AIR) as a secure alternative.
