Updates from UBC
Updates from VPFO
Updating your Hybrid Work Agreement
Over the next couple of weeks, you will receive a UBC Broadcast and other communications advising staff working in a hybrid work capacity (i.e., remote work) to update their hybrid work agreements in Workday by September 30th.
As you know, the VPFO is a unique and complex portfolio that provides a broad range of services that support UBC. The VPFO supports updating these hybrid work agreements, however, before we update we want to ensure that our work arrangements support all our employees, partners, and the UBC community within our unique circumstances.
Over the next couple of weeks we will do a broad review and clarify and where possible align our approach in time to meet the September 30th deadline.
When it is time for you to update your hybrid work agreement, you will receive an email from your manager. At that time you will also receive instructions on how to update your hybrid work agreement in Workday.
