  • Claiming unidentified wire transfers and direct deposits: Please check through the list of unidentified payments (updated as of Jul 14) to see if any payments belong to your department.

  • Larisa Rohana joins Customer Services & Informatics’ EMMS Sustainment team in Facilities as a System Analyst.
  • Kyle Webb joins Building Operations in Facilities as Trades 2 - Carpenter.
  • Michaela Kelly joins as Executive Assistant supporting Executive Director, UBC Safety & Risk Services. You will find Michaela in the Safety & Risk Services office on the 3rd floor of the Donald Rix Building.

Over the past month, we've been delivering training to support our community in UBC's transition to Workday’s Adaptive Planning for financial budgeting & forecasting. We threw a graduation (with sparkling juice and cake) to celebrate the successful completion of the training. Check it out!
